Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online flower shop and add any products you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter the necessary delivery and payment details.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay for online orders. Telephone orders are also welcome during opening hours.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation charge depending on preparation and delivery status.
When confirmation of an order is received, this confirms that we have received your order request. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Eden Floral Boutique takes place once payment has been successfully processed.
In the unlikely event of pricing errors, unavailable products or stock issues, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or amended pricing before processing the order.
Orders received before 11am Monday to Saturday for local delivery may be delivered the same day where available. Orders received after this time will usually be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be delivered on the next available working day unless otherwise agreed.
Timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed except for funeral flowers and wedding flowers where specific arrangements have been agreed in advance.
If nobody is available to receive the flowers, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbour or return the flowers to the shop where appropriate. A calling card or message may be left to advise the recipient.
Eden Floral Boutique cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to flowers once they have been successfully delivered and left safely at the delivery address.
All flowers are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. In the event that certain flowers or containers are unavailable, suitable substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement.
If you require specific flowers or bespoke arrangements, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.
Payments made through our website are securely encrypted. Card details are processed securely and are not stored in plain text on our systems.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, any complaints should be reported within 1 working day of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered at management discretion depending on the nature of the issue. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
